How do I use the wash cloth to remove makeup?
Simply dampen the wash cloth with water and gently wipe your face to remove makeup. 

Is the washcloth safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, the wash cloth is made from ultra-soft fibres designed to be gentle on all skin types, including acne-prone and sensitive skin.

How often should I wash the wash cloth?
For best hygiene, rinse after each use and machine wash the wash cloth every few days or as needed. It’s durable enough to withstand frequent washing without losing softness.

Can I use the wash cloth with cleansers or just water?
The wash cloth is effective with just water, but you can also use it with your favourite cleanser if you prefer but avoid putting the cleanser directly onto the wash cloth as you will loose product, apply to the skin and remove with the wash cloth and water.

How long will the wash cloth last?
With proper care, each wash cloth is designed to last through countless washes, providing a sustainable alternative to disposable wipes. We recommend 1 every 4 months.
